GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
MINOTAUR COINS guarantees all coins sold by us to be authentic.  Any coin determined to be a modern forgery may be returned at any time for a full refund of the purchased price.  Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item.  Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.   


GRADING, ATTRIBUTION and DESCRIPTION
Description, dating, attribution, and grading of coins provided by MINOTAUR COINS are strictly our own opinions.  No warranty is expressed or implied via these opinions.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MINOTAUR COINS shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of our store or purchase of coins from us, and in any circumstance, our liability shall be limited to the price of any items the buyer has purchased from us.  


GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
